This unique estate, acquired by the Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Dijon, covers 160 hectares, 8 of which are planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The aim of this acquisition was to preserve the agglomeration's green belt and keep peri-urban agriculture alive. Greater Dijon entrusted management to the Côte-d'Or Chamber of Agriculture, which appointed Marc Soyard to run the vineyard.
