Very distinctive soil with outcrops of calcareous carbonate horizons at 20 cm below the surface, on the slopes of Monte Yerga - La Montesa Estate. - *Production:* Very limited, about 3,000 bottles. - *Winemaking:* Whole-cluster fermentation. Aged in a 2,000 L foudre and a bocoy. - *Alcohol:* 14% Vol. - *Organic:* Yes, certified since the 2017 vintage. - *Bottle:* Burgundy-style since 2016.
