The Bolgheri Rosso DOC Le Serre Nuove dell Ornellaia, by Ornellaia, is able to match the qualitative and stylistic imprint of the company's symbolic wine , with characteristics of freshness, softness and balance. It is left to mature in barriques at a controlled temperature for a period of approximately 15 months, first keeping the blends separate for a year, then assembling the cuvée and continuing the aging for another 3 months. It is completed with a rest in the bottle for a further six months, which precedes its release on the market. It expresses excellent quality levels and, compared to its older brother SuperTuscan, among other things, it differs in that it is obtained from grapes harvested in younger vineyards, which still produce superb fruit capable of producing equally fabulous wines.
