2021 Domaine Yves Cuilleron. - Crozes-Hermitage - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Crozes Hermitage from Yves Cuilleron 2021. A key figure of the Rhône Valley, Yves Cuilleron is one of the most dynamic and respected winemakers of his generation. At the head of the family estate, he has managed to combine tradition and modernity to lift his wines to the top of the world hierarchy. His philosophy rests on minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself with strength and precision. Known for the exemplary consistency of his cuvées, he signs with Les Châssis a wine of controlled power. 100% Syrah This cuvée comes from a blend of parcels in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux sectors. The nose is powerful with generous red fruits. The palate is supple, generous, and well balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness of the crisp fruit. This wine can be enjoyed as much in its youth and fruit expression as for its secondary aromas from around 5 years of age. See my other listings on Catawiki.
