Agronomists, winemakers, and winemakers with a great sense of humor, they came together in 2008 with the goal of creating "the best Grenache wine in the world." Their vineyards are located in the Sierra de Gredos, between Madrid and Ávila, within the Vinos de Madrid appellation. The grapes come from various plots, totaling 3.3 hectares of old Grenache vines (between 50 and 80 years old) on granitic soil, at an altitude of between 850 and 1150 meters.
