Drinking temperature: 16–18 °C- Aroma: ripe plums, red cherries, red fruit, tobacco, leather, and eucalyptus. - Taste: full and dry, with fruit, spices, and toasted wood notes. - Tannins: clearly present, but due to aging they may feel softer and rounder. - Finish: long, spicy, and slightly balsamic. The wine therefore has more to offer than just fruit: the combination of wood, tobacco, and earthy notes gives it its classic Barolo character.
