A remarkable feature of the Kellers' work for years has been that, in principle, one can buy any of their wines with complete confidence. Even the 'simpler' bottlings are well above average. The top Rieslings and 'Große Gewächse' from the Dalsheim sites—Hubacker and the extremely rare G-Max—set the global benchmark for dry Riesling!
