Organoleptic sheet Visual examination: Deep, dense, and bright ruby red color with subtle garnet reflections at the rim of the glass. Olfactory examination: Rich, intense, and complex aroma. Pronounced notes of ripe cherry, plum, and wild berry jam, accompanied by elegant hints of vanilla, cocoa and sweet spices. Gustatory examination: On the palate it is enveloping, warm and velvety. It shows soft, well-integrated tannins, supported by a pleasant freshness and by a long, persistent finish with fruity echoes. Recommended glasses: It is recommended to serve in wide balloon glasses or medium-to-full-bodied red wine glasses, at a serving temperature of about 18 °C.
