Lot composed of 3 bottles of Montevertine Le Pergole Torte 2014, a prestigious red wine from the central classic area of Chianti (Radda in Chianti), produced by one of the region’s most renowned wineries. Although produced in the Chianti Classico zone, it is marketed under the Toscana IGT designation by a historical decision of Montevertine. A wine of great elegance and character, made with Sangiovese, highly valued by collectors and lovers of great Italian wines as it is considered one of Tuscany’s most prestigious wines and one of the great exemplars of Italian Sangiovese. It is an elegant wine that offers notes of dark fruit and citrus on the nose, with a dynamic cherry character and a lively floral profile. It is full-bodied and dense, with firm yet silky tannins and a fresh and vibrant finish. It also presents mineral nuances and a bright acidity that make it long and deep. It is one of the best wines of the 2014 vintage in Tuscany. The bottles are in perfect condition, having always been stored in wine refrigerators, at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C, humidity at 85%, and protected from light. Now it is ready to drink, but it still has great aging potential.
