2006 Orange County Choppers Bobber

Emerging in postwar America, the bobber phenomenon saw riders strip motorcycles of unnecessary components to reduce weight and create a leaner, more purposeful appearance. Its minimalist aesthetic became a lasting influence on custom motorcycle culture, inspiring generations of builders worldwide. This bike was designed and built by Orange County Choppers, made famous by the enormously successful and internationally broadcast television show American Chopper. The bike was designed as a full custom bobber, themed around the iconic Indian Chief. It was originally constructed as a television show build and is reported to feature a reproduction engine built by Kiwi Indian fitted to a modern-built frame.
