Bottle originating from the cellar of a restaurant in Meurthe-et-Moselle that has ceased its activity; its cellar possessed all the optimal conditions for good aging, as demonstrated by the quality of the wine and its fill level. Vintage 1987, a very difficult vintage in Bordeaux. But despite this, the house managed to produce a wine that is powerful and structured, closed when young but with aging becomes full with an incredible bouquet. Bottle perfect in every aspect.
