1977 Lotus Éclat

One of approximately 540 Series 1 examples produced for US, Canadian, and Japanese markets. Refinished in Lotus Laser Blue, an official Lotus color for the Elise in the 2000s. Sold new through Lotus West, a distributor based in California. Desirable 522 option pack, which included a five-speed manual gearbox, GKN alloy wheels, bigger brakes, door mirrors, upgraded headlights, tinted glass, stereo radio with tape deck, and air conditioning. Powered by a Lotus 907 16-valve twin-overhead cam 2.0-liter all-aluminum inline four-cylinder engine. One of 63 Éclats with the E chassis number suffix originally finished in Lotus Yellow (L07). Accompanied by Lotus Certificate of Vehicle Provenance. Acquired by The Boeckmann Collection in July 2022.
