A popular late 19th century production from copy dies, often included in collections of Fugios by variety. Nice lustrous medium brown with some hints of mint red. A bit of olive encrustation blends into the reverse devices. A die crack above the letter O in FUGIO helps designate this as a Randall production vs. earlier strikes. Provenance: From the Winslet Collection. NGC Census: 4, 8 finer (MS-66+ BN finest). PCGS# 916. NGC ID: 2B8S. Click here for certification details from NGC.
