The text pages are in very good condition - clean with only a small, light stain and foxing at the upper-outer corner of 2 front end papers.no other foxing or staining found; name/address/date (1869) written in pencil on a front end paper; there are a few characters/numbers written in pencil at the top-left corner of the front pastedown and at the top-right corner of a rear end paper.no other writing found. There are a couple small, light stains on the text block. Overall the book is in very good condition.
