PAUL CANNELL (1963-2005) OIL PAINTING - Abstract oil on canvas by acclaimed artist Paul Cannell. Although this particular painting is abstract the forms of several faces can be seen, created using lively strokes of blue, purple, red and yellow with bold black accents. The paint has been applied thickly to create a piece that is striking in both colour and texture. The painting is presented in an attractive dark wooden frame that measures 120 x 160cm - a stunning piece. This work comes from the personal collection of Alan McGee (who was a friend of Cannell) and will be sold with a letter of authenticity from Alan detailing where and when he purchased the painting.
